  • Yes. I provide virtual therapy to clients anywhere in New York State. Online sessions offer flexibility and privacy, making it easier to maintain consistent care from the comfort of your home or office.

  • Session fees vary depending on the length and type of service. I will review rates and options with you during our free 15-minute consultation. A limited number of sliding scale spots are also available.


  • I am an out-of-network provider. I have a biller who can submit claims, which makes the process a bit easier for clients. Please reach out and I can check your benefits and give you an estimate of fees.

  • Most therapy sessions are 45-50 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged based on your needs, particularly for parent coaching, couples work, or in-depth support.

  • The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and how I can support your journey. It is also a time for you to ask questions and see if we are a good fit.

  • I work with children, teens, and adults who are facing challenges such as anxiety, grief, ADHD, identity questions, or major life transitions. I create an inclusive space for clients from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and BIPOC communities.

  • My therapeutic approach integrates relational psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and attachment theory. I also draw from CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care as needed to support each client’s unique process.

  • Yes. I specialize in grief therapy for both children and adults and provide support for individuals managing ADHD. Sessions are tailored to offer practical strategies and emotional insight based on each person's needs.

  • Yes. I offer in-home therapy for children in Brooklyn and Manhattan. I also work with parents to enhance communication, manage behavioral challenges, and strengthen family dynamics.
